1. Full assistance in building the project in real time in Telegram or WhatsApp messaging group
The complex of services includes explanations and consultations on the practical configuration of the project in accordance with all the rules and regulations of the Romanian legislation.  The support is provided online during working hours between 9:00 - 17:00, except on Saturdays and Sundays. The messaging group will be joined by a team within our company highly qualified in the accounting, legal, administrative and secretarial fields.  

2. Tax advice provided by a chartered accountant specializing in narrow specific issues
Written tax consultation report with the signature of the chartered accountant.

3. Obtaining of the electronic signature and registration with tax authorities
Assistance provided to the client at each stage. 

4. E-Invoice
Complete package of activities for the registration and assistance provided to the Client.

5. E-VAT

6. E-Transport

12. Primary accounting:

- Keeping the company's operational records up to date;

- Selection and customization of the software for issuing internal invoices, pro forma, external invoices, with certification and licensing according to the Romanian norms and legal requirements;

- Practical training for using the primary accounting software;

- Issuing and recording of proformas and invoices at the Client's order in his virtual office within the company;

- Issuing documents via E-invoice and record keeping on behalf of the Client;

- Checking the VAT number of the contracting parties;

- NIR (Incoming receipt). Uploading into stock management;

- Ensuring transactions with correct assignments according to companies activity.  Checking the correct completion and issuance of internal invoices, external invoices and proformas;

- Communicating with client's contracting parties in relation to requesting (collecting) primary accounting information by phone/email;

- Ensuring communication with accountants, managers of partner companies.

13. Supporting the company's cooperation with banks:

- Recording and checking bank account balances;

- Recording transactions and currency exchange;

- Issuance of confirmations of incoming payments into the accounts;

- Recording and checking bank account balances;

- Assistance in case of problems with banks through the client's operator;

- Providing all necessary documents to banks, payment systems and other companies by e-mail;

- Login/SMS when the telephone is in the custody of the secretary;

- Providing communication with banks via mail, telephone in case of receiving queries from the bank.

14. Legal and office assistance:

- Resolving the Client's current matters with regulators, contractors, suppliers in Romania in Romanian language.  Drafting letters and handling correspondence; 

- Designing the company business card; 

- Support in arranging the obtaining of permits and documents. Working with the Romanian Immigration Inspectorate.  Registration and renewal of temporary protection documents;

- Legalized translations certified by notaries;

- Authorized translators; 

- Legalization of diplomas at the Romanian Ministry of Education;

- Contracts with legal entities and individuals (filling in);

- Drafting and preparation of the contracts;

- Obtaining excerpts from the trade register in electronic form with digital signature;

- Obtaining excerpts from the trade register in physical form with original stamp affixed;

- Ensuring postal/physical forwarding of necessary documents to Europe, Romania, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova.
